Over 40 years of dedicated study and personal exploration, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, physicist and Judo master, created The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education. Somatics is what we now know as the mind-body connection, the cornerstone of holistic disciplines.
Dr. Feldenkrais understood that in order to improve the efficiency of one’s movements, one must first increase their awareness of those movements.
